The ingredients of this tea have been chosen to be both grounding and protective as well as help you to attract the spirits of your ancestors. This tea can substitute as a caffeine-free coffee substitute by brewing and adding cream and sweetener to your liking. Fair warning, before adding cream and sweetener, this tea is surprisingly similar in taste to black coffee and may be more bitter than your average tea!
Another more traditional way dandelion root tea is used, is to brew a cup before bed and then leave the steaming cup on your nightstand. This will encourage your ancestors to visit you in your dreams. All herbs used in this tea are organic and ethically sourced, then mixed and bottled with intention. Ingredients: roasted dandelion root, chicory root, clove, cinnamon, ginger & bay infusion.
My two cents on Ancestral Connection:
Our roots can often have an impact on our habits, fears, interests, personality, and even traumas, that have been carried through the generations. By connecting with our ancestors and leaving them offerings, we honor them and invite them to share their wisdom with us. By practicing ancestral healing, we can even begin to heal past traumas and improve life for ourselves and future generations. The term ancestor can encompass both your known and unknown relatives. The contents of the Ancestral Connection box include items and multiple tools to connect with and honor your ancestors, whether that be a passed loved one you knew, or someone who lived centuries before you.
Honey can also be added to bring in sweetness and attraction to this tea! Bumblebee Botanica honey sticks and infusions coming soon.
OPTIONS:
Jar: contains 6 - 8 cups worth of dream diving (depending on the strength you prefer).
Refill Bag: contains approximately 30 servings of tea.
Add a teaspoon to a tablespoon of herbs and a mug full of boiling water, let steep for 10 minutes, then get ready to count the sheep.
To make the tea go further, add smaller amounts to your favorite tea base (oolong, black, white, green, etc. - also coming soon to the Botanica)!
