Named after the moss-covered glens of the Scottish Highlands, Mossglen is our dedicated green egg breeding program.
Our goal is to produce rich olive, sage, eucalyptus, moss, and forest-green eggs with improved consistency from generation to generation.
Rather than simply crossing random olive eggers, we are selecting for both egg color and flock quality, focusing on healthy, productive birds that produce beautiful baskets year after year.
