OPTIONS:

• Jar: contains 6 - 8 cups worth of dream diving (depending on the strength you prefer).

• Refill Bag: contains approximately 30 servings of tea.

Add a teaspoon to a tablespoon of herbs and a mug full of boiling water, let steep for 10 minutes, then get ready to count the sheep.
